Chanced upon this very familiar theme song from a TV drama serial from my childhood days, and I couldn't stop smiling.
This was the show that made me afraid of eating anything for quite a while! My dear mum was bewildered and very bemused to see this ickle bemusedtots, barely even in primary school, refuse food for fear of becoming like this *cough* plus-sized character on the show! Yes, I was vain even from that tender age. :p
I was also a crazy kid who could sing all the theme songs from the TV shows then. Yes, even at that age, I could remember entire songs by heart! The most embarrassing thing was that this dreamy kid, not really aware of the rest of the world, also loved to sing when the whim hits her. Anytime, anywhere. I must have unwittingly provided some free entertainment to many a unfortunate stranger who happened to be near. Gawd. I feel pai seh for my mum whenever I think about it now, haha.
Well, those were still fond fond memories that I look back on and grin, albeit with a tinge of sheepishness. :p I can't remember anything from the show, but this song is somehow etched into my memory of those silly kiddy days!
