after thinking about it for goodness-noes-how-long, I finally got round to yoga session in the gym last night.

It was gooood.

Really felt the stretch in the muscles, and had difficulty keeping my balance, but it felt superbly rejuvenating.

That one hour certainly worked its magic - felt none of my usual morning-after aches, despite a hard gym workout last nite.

I see myself becoming a regular. :)
